A Temporary Halt

For those of you wondering why I haven't been contributing anything to the blog this past month or so, I went ahead and made a video explaining a little of what's been happening with my computer and what I hope to do about it. Be sure to give me your thoughts on what you'd like to see in the future, and I'll probably be able to start back up again around May. Until next time.

  1. Hi Matthew!

I'm still reading your blog (and still as bad at commenting it).

It's great to finally see your f... well, the shape of your head - and hear your voice. I always liked that you didn't talk or add special effects to your videos - but just kept the nice soothing sounds of nature and background music.

But now I've changed my mind. Because I think you have a really nice and pleasant voice. I think the videos would become much more entertaining and interesting, and also attract more viewers/readers.

I'm sorry to hear about your laptop. Guess it is its time to pass on - to Sovngarde.

What your friends said about the desktop pricing is an exaggeration. But you would indeed get more bang for the bucks.

I would love to help you pick the right parts for it. I've already built three computers (one for myself, and two for friends) in 2012, so I think I have a pretty good idea of which parts to go with.

But I'd rather not list them here, since there's no kind of formatting tools. Is there a fitting forum thread I can post in about it? Or should I just email you?

By the way, could you direct me to the thread on the forums you were talking about? I can't seem to find it.

A recommendation - perhaps put some graphics and coloring on your YouTube channel? Make it more unique-looking?

Right. Sorry for the long post. And sorry for any grammatical errors. I'm not a native speaker.

    Best regards!

    1. Hey,

Thanks for continuing to follow me, even if you don't comment as much as you could. I always appreciate any feedback for what I do. I'd love to hear your recommendations on parts, though I warn you that I won't be building it myself. The best way to communicate with me would be through the Bethesda official forums, so send me a PM there. My username is Matthew_Kaine.

      Thanks and take care,

      ~Matthew
